Religion and evolution! Here are two topics that go well together. Let me kick these two turds around for a bit and let’s see what we come up with. 2019 has arrived as inevitably as planned. Wherever you are, I hope the new year has been treating you well. For me, it is yet another reminder of the cold hand of death closing ever so slowly around my throat, but hey — that’s part of the fun, right?

Transhumanism is the next step in human evolution, and it is already being taken. Humans are merging and will continue to merge with technology. It is no longer science fiction, but science fact. In 20 to 30 years, humans will be a very different species. What does this mean for you, a lowly service-ape? The answer will disgust you.
I just had the awkward experience of having a friend come out to me. And he’s not gay or pansexual or anything like that (not that there’s anything wrong with that). Actually, he came out to me as an alien. And not just from another country, but from an entirely different civilization. How am I supposed to respond to that?
